The brewery is situated in an old slaughterhouse and is run by Andy McAuley on a part time basis.

He produces a small range of quality ales using natural products sourced as locally as possible. 

As well as caring for the environment he also likes animals so all the spent malt is donated to the charity Brinsley Animal Rescue.
